The nofollow link is unhealthy for search engine optimization.
If your site is getting several no-follow, the number of your backlinks will be increasing. But it will have little or no effecting your site SEO.

Dofollow links, on the other hand, allow search engines to follow the linked website, thereby giving them link juice and a backlink.
If your site is linked with “dofollow” both Search Engine and Humans will be able to follow the link.
The dofollow will be more effective for the search engine when you use the targeted keyword and anchor text.
It is the do-follow link that improves a site’s ranking. The do-follow becomes more effective when it is coming from a site with higher domain authority.
