This article contains the new USSD Codes and Customer Care number for MTN, Glo, Airtel, and 9mobile.

If you are an old telecom user in Nigeria, you must have noticed to most of the regular USSD codes are no longer working.

This is not an issue but an invention by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), and it affected all the telcos in Nigeria; this includes MTN, Airtel, Glo, and 9mobile.

Previously, each of the telecom networks has their individual USSD codes to perform certain tasks.

Meaning is that if you have different networks you will have to find out the USSD codes of each, and this can be stressful, most time we have to call our network service center or search for code on Google.

But now NCC has taken a great step to harmonize most of the ussd code.

Now, whatever code you use to check your account balance on the MTN network, the same code will be used to check your account balance on Glo, Airtel, and 9mobile.

Am loving this, I have 3 different networks and over 20 service codes in my head, that is just.

For me, harmonizing all these codes is something awesome, this is how it works in most advanced countries of the world.
