- Locate any GT bank ATM near you
- On the ATM Press ENTER button
- Next, select the CARDLESS WITHDRAWAL (GT-RESCUE)
- After which, enter the reference code received on your phone
- Enter the Amount you want to withdraw. This should be the same selected when initiating request on internet banking
- Press the ENTER button to proceed
- Then take your cash.
Withdraw From Other Banks’ ATM Without Card
- Locate any other ATM (not owned by GT Bank)
- To start, press ENTER button on the bank ATM
- Select the PAYCODE option, as shown on the ATM screen
- Enter PAYCODE number which you received on your mobile phone
- Enter the pre-selected cash OUT PIN number that you entered on internet banking when processing the request.
- Enter Amount (the amount should be the same as selected when processing the request)
- Next, you will have to press the ENTER button to proceed.
- Finally, collect your cash.
