In this article, you will get the USSD codes to check your Mobile number on MTN, Airtel, Glo, and 9mobile.
It sounds awkward when you ask someone for his or her mobile, and he replies “I don’t have it“.
At this point, you may think that the person is lying to you.
From research, we once did with questionnaires – which was shared randomly to over 1,200 persons (the majority were youth). We concluded from the facts we got that;
- 11% who have just one phone number don’t know their number
- 83% who have two phone numbers know only one.
- 98% of those who have three or more phone numbers don’t know all.
There is a need for those who can’t memorize their mobile number to be given the privilege to get it any time.
All mobile service providers in Nigeria have a USSD code to enable their customers to check their mobile number anytime they wish to with their phone.
